The government is changing the rules for Incorporated Societies. To remain an Incorporated Society we must re-register under the "Incorporated Societies Act 2022" by 6th April 2026.
If we do not then we will cease to exist as an Incorporated Society and risk being ineligible for grants, unable to access our bank account, or be eligible as an affiliated province with TNZ.
